About us.
The Augsburg Language Centre is a registered training institution under the Ministry of Education and the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA). Established on September 17, 2022, in Kabarnet Town, Baringo County, the Centre began with a focused mission: to equip secondary school graduates with foreign language skills to expand their career pathways. We have successfully trained over 200 students and facilitated the immigration of our graduates into training and employment opportunities in Germany.

The Augsburg Language Centre is open to everyone who wants to learn the German language. While our specialized "Study and Work" pathway is designed to support Form 4 leavers, and those interested in studying or working in Germany, we welcome students of all backgrounds seeking German language skills for academic, professional, or personal growth.
Students who successfully complete our language program and secure placement in a German professional training program (Ausbildung) benefit financially in two key ways:
The vocational training in Germany is free, with no tuition fees.
Trainees receive a monthly stipend (salary while studying) ranging from €800 to €1,200 per month. This enables students to secure better pay and improve their quality of life.
